On March 6th, 2023, the delegation of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church concluded their visit to the Alexandrian Patriarchate, where Metropolitan Epiphaniy, the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, along with the delegation, met with Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa Theodoros II. The Ukrainian guests also visited the museum and signed the book of honorary guests. Patriarch Theodoros II thanked the delegation for their fraternal visit and wished peace for Ukraine.

On March 6th, 2023, the delegation of the Autocephalous Ukrainian Orthodox Church concluded their visit to the city of Alexandria. Metropolitan Epiphaniy, the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church delegation, along with the delegation, visited the Alexandrian Patriarchate, where they met with Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa Theodoros II and the patriarchate’s hierarchs. During the visit, the Ukrainian guests toured the museum and signed the book of honorary guests.

Patriarch Theodoros II expressed his gratitude for the visit, worship, and fraternal communication, wishing a safe journey and peace to Ukraine.

“Thank you very much, Your Beatitude, and to all the guests from Ukraine. You brought us great joy through our joint prayer and conversation. I wish you a safe journey and may God bless Ukraine with peace!” said His Beatitude the Patriarch.
